With nearly a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine, her practice sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and elevated artistry. Rebecca is a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute and IIAM, where she also serves as Medical Director — shaping the next generation of injectors with meticulous technique and an unwavering commitment to safety and aesthetic harmony.

She specializes in renewal and restoration treatments for the face and body, using aesthetic injectables — including Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulators — alongside advanced laser and skin-enhancing therapies. Elan B. Singer, MD is a highly skilled and qualified doctor of plastic surgery in Manhattan, NY and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He received his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City before continuing his training in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Singer undertook a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital and the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, where he worked with the leading surgeons in the field.

Dr. Singer offers his patients expertise across all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery for the body, face and breast. His specialist skills include body contouring procedures such as abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, breast lift, body lift and liposuction, as well as procedures for post-bariatric surgery patients. He also has specific training in the latest facial aesthetic surgery techniques.

Dr. Singer has performed reconstructive surgery on patients from all over the world, often during surgical missions to foreign countries — Vietnam in 2016, Haiti in 2010, and Nigeria in 2005. He served as a commissioned officer in the Navy Reserve, performing surgery at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, and retired at the rank of Captain, Medical Corps.

He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New York State Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at The University of Vermont College of Medicine.
